        1)用戶使用我公司的產(chǎn)品出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題時(shí),接到客戶投訴要求在2小時(shí)內(nèi)給于答復(fù);嚴(yán)重時(shí),服務(wù)人員要在24小時(shí)內(nèi)到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)解決問(wèn)題.
